Container

1. Single-container structure, factory-modular integrated molding and assembly;

2. External dimensions: 13700*2980*2896mm (L*W*H), convenient for transportation;
3. The entire structure is made of bent and welded steel, with 28mm composite flooring inside , and ISO standard container corner fittings for lifting at the four corners;
4. 6mm thick high-quality steel support frame, sturdy and durable;
5. Stainless steel exterior door, double-door design, with access control system;
6. Surface treated with rust removal, rust-proof paint, and three coats of container-specific paint, durable in all weather conditions .

Cabin configuration

1. The ceiling and internal partitions are made of 50mm thick laboratory-grade antibacterial and purification panels. The panels are 0.426mm thick, offering excellent antibacterial properties, fire resistance, moisture resistance, anti-delamination, high strength, heat insulation, and sound absorption.
2. The internal corners are fitted with cleanroom-grade rounded aluminum profiles to ensure a smooth interior without dead corners, preventing dust accumulation and mold growth.
3. A dedicated steel cleanroom sealed door with a glass observation window is included. The buffer room has two interlocking doors and an emergency opening device, allowing manual opening in case of power failure or other emergencies.
4. The floor is made of 2mm thick PVC roll flooring, which is fireproof, antibacterial, wear-resistant, and slip-resistant.

Area layout

1. Strictly designed according to PCR laboratory zoning, with three functional zones: reagent
preparation area, specimen preparation area, and product amplification and analysis area, each with its own independent buffer room.
In addition, a disinfection room and equipment room are provided.
2. An internal PCR corridor facilitates observation of the operation of each zone.
3. The pressure gradient decreases progressively from the reagent preparation area to the specimen preparation area and then to the product amplification and analysis area , with unidirectional airflow.
4. Transfer windows are provided between areas for material transfer; these windows have interlocking doors and are equipped with UV disinfection lamps.
5. Each area is equipped with LED cleanroom lights, which are energy-efficient, easy to maintain, and effectively prevent bacterial growth; room illumination meets standard requirements.
6. Equipped with laboratory-specific UV lamps with a delay function to protect the safety of laboratory personnel.
7. A differential pressure gauge is installed at the buffer room entrance to display the dynamic pressure within the room in real time .

Air conditioning ventilation system

1. Strictly adhere to the PCR laboratory's air supply and exhaust design to ensure adequate airflow and air exchange rates in the experimental area ;
2. Employ a fresh air inverter-driven combined air conditioning and purification unit, using primary and secondary filters for air supply, and high-efficiency filters at the terminal air outlets for tertiary filtration. The airflow is top-supply and bottom-exhaust, with independent exhaust ventilation to meet indoor temperature and humidity requirements while ensuring indoor cleanliness;
3. The combined air conditioning unit filters and regulates the fresh air through a primary, secondary, surface cooling, and reheat system , meeting all-weather operating conditions from -20°C to 40°C and ensuring a constant indoor temperature;
