JMC Mobile Dental Clinic Van

A: The van can be equipped with a dental chair (with spittoon, handpiece lines, suction, and lamp), an oil–free air compressor, a vacuum suction system, a dental X–ray machine (portable or fixed), a steam sterilizer (autoclave), an LED examination light, and storage cabinets. For example, a clinic in Jiangsu added an intraoral camera and an ultrasonic scaler, allowing them to perform comprehensive cleanings and patient education on site – something they previously had to refer to a fixed clinic.

A: It is widely used for community healthcare, school dental checkups, rural medical outreach, and emergency oral healthcare services. In a real project in Hebei, the van visited 15 elementary schools in three months, screening over 2,000 children for caries and providing fluoride varnish treatments to those in need. The local education bureau has since renewed the contract for a second year.

A: The interior layout can support 2–4 medical staff with enough working space for daily dental treatment operations. A typical setup includes one dentist and one assistant working at the dental chair, plus space for a second dentist or hygienist if a second chair is installed. 

A: Yes. The interior layout, medical equipment, power system, and exterior design can all be customized according to customer requirements. For instance, a customer in Sichuan wanted a larger fresh water tank (from 60L to 100L) and a separate changing area for staff – we redesigned the rear section and relocated the compressor under the chair. Another customer in Guangdong requested a right–hand drive configuration for export to Malaysia; we adjusted the steering and instrument panel accordingly.

A: Yes. The vehicle can meet different export standards and supports left–hand or right–hand drive configurations for global markets. We have previously exported similar mobile dental vans to the Philippines, Myanmar, and several African countries. For each export order, we assist with chassis frame number declaration, emissions certification (e.g., Euro V or local equivalent), and shipping documents. A recent shipment to Nigeria passed customs clearance without issues after we pre–verified the local vehicle type approval requirements.
