A:  A standard mobile clinic handles consultations, physical exams, vaccinations, and basic tests – no invasive procedures. A mobile aesthetic surgery truck is a movable sterile operating platform. It is designed for injectables (botox, fillers), minimally invasive procedures (thread lifts, liposuction, blepharoplasty), and minor surgeries (scar revision, superficial lesion removal). This means it must be equipped with surgical lighting, a sterile procedure table, anesthesia monitoring equipment, emergency medications, and a complete sterilization system – with much higher requirements for air cleanliness and surface disinfection. A: The vehicle is typically divided into three independent zones:
Front: reception & pre-operative consultation area (chairs, registration desk, consent desk) – physically separated from the procedure area.

Rear: post-operative recovery area (reclining seats or a simple observation bed with privacy curtains).
Sealed partition doors separate the zones. The consultation area does not directly open into the procedure area. Patients pass through a shoe-change/gowning area (space permitting). Windows are tinted or fitted with built-in blinds. In one unit we delivered to a Beijing clinic, they added an electronic privacy glass – one switch and the consultation window turns opaque.

A:  The vehicle is equipped with a UV recirculating air disinfector or a HEPA filtration unit. It runs before and during procedures to maintain air cleanliness in the surgical zone. All contact surfaces (countertops, surgical table, lamp housings) are made of easy-to-clean stainless steel or antimicrobial-coated materials. A steam sterilizer (autoclave) for surgical instruments and a foot-operated medical waste bin are provided. Before daily use, air disinfection and surface wiping are performed. Between each procedure, sterile drapes are replaced and the work surface is disinfected. For liposuction or minor incisional surgeries, a dedicated suction line is also available.

A: If the purchaser is more concerned about actual usage  The procedure area is fitted with a medical-grade shadowless operating light (daylight color temperature, 5000K, minimal shadow, suitable for fine work), plus an auxiliary side light or headlamp. The power system uses a three-mode setup: mains priority + quiet generator backup + auxiliary battery. This ensures uninterrupted power for the operating light, monitor, suction, and other critical devices. The air conditioning is independently controlled for the procedure area – typically set cooler (around 18–20°C) than the consultation area to reduce perspiration of the surgeon. Multi-stage filtration prevents dust and microorganisms from entering. A dedicated hands-free sink and quick hand-drying device are provided for scrubbing.
