ANFO Bulk Explosive Truck is mainly composed of a truck chassis, power take-off system, matrix silo and pumping system, sensitization system, continuous charging system, hydraulic system, automatic control system, and water/air cleaning system. It is modified from a truck chassis, and all components are mounted on the chassis. This truck is widely used for blast hole (dry or water-filled) operations in large and medium-sized open-pit mines and quarries in industries such as metallurgy, coal, chemical, and building materials, with blast hole diameters required to be 80 mm or above.

1. Safe and Precise Sensitization Technology
The emulsion matrix has no detonator sensitivity and is highly water-resistant. High-precision metering pumps and flow meters ensure accurate addition of sensitizer and catalyst, with adjustable explosive density. It adapts to ambient temperatures from -30°C to +50°C and forms emulsion explosive within 10–15 minutes after entering the borehole, offering high safety and reliability.

2. Efficient and Flexible Pumping & Loading
Uses an imported antistatic delivery hose. The manipulator can extend, retract, and rotate up to 180°, allowing multiple boreholes to be loaded in a single setup, greatly reducing labor intensity of hose handling and improving loading efficiency.

3. Long-Distance Drag Reduction Conveying Technology
Employs a water-ring drag reduction device (water injected by a high-pressure plunger pump to form a water ring), significantly reducing friction between the emulsion matrix and the pipe wall, enabling long-distance, low-pressure pumping and loading.
