A:  Yes. The length and interior height of the 9m bus allow a separate X-ray room to be partitioned off at the rear, accommodating a portable or fixed X-ray unit. Radiation protection requires adding lead lining or lead glass to the walls, doors, and viewing windows. External warning markings and remote control isolation measures are also needed. A small laboratory area (for basic tests such as blood count, urinalysis, blood glucose, and rapid biochemistry) can be placed in the front-middle section, with a sink counter and a small refrigerator. However, to provide clinical services, the operating entity must hold a valid medical institution license, with the service type expanded to include "mobile medical" or "outreach medical". Personnel performing examinations, laboratory tests, or imaging must have appropriate qualifications (physician or technician licenses). Additionally, each stop in a different district or county may require advance notification to the local health authority regarding the parking location and schedule. Some provinces have a "registration system" for mobile clinics and issue a unified identification plate.
