A: Lead time depends on chassis availability, cabin integration complexity, and order priority. Once the technical solution is finalized, we provide a firm delivery schedule based on factory production planning. For standard configurations, typical lead time is 45–60 days.

A: We provide a 12–month warranty on our conversion work (cabin interior, electrical integration, oxygen system, etc.). The original chassis (engine, transmission, axles) and third–party medical equipment are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties – typically 12–24 months for the chassis and 12 months for medical devices. We coordinate warranty claims with those brands.

A: The conversion is carried out at our specialized vehicle manufacturing facility. We have in–house capabilities for chassis modification, cabin construction, electrical integration, and medical equipment mounting. We work from the customer's equipment list, cabin layout preferences, and budget to create a customized solution.

A: Three areas matter most in daily use: (1) Drive configuration – confirm LHD or RHD matches local traffic rules. (2) Power supply – the vehicle runs on chassis battery for driving; separate auxiliary battery and shore power hookup are recommended for extended clinic stops. (3) Cabin layout – standard layout works for general exams; if you need frequent stretcher use or infection control, consider optional modules like a partition curtain or negative pressure unit. A customer in Hubei initially skipped the auxiliary battery and found their drug refrigerator drained the chassis battery after 4 hours of idle use – we later added a secondary battery kit.

A: This vehicle is best suited for routine patient transfers, inter–facility non–emergency transport, intra–city emergency care, and basic intensive care transport. It is not designed for mass casualty incidents or long–distance critical care. For high–frequency outpatient visits or inter–hospital transfers, the standard cabin works well. A customer in Sichuan uses two units for daily dialysis patient transport – each van completes 6–8 trips per day, covering 200 km daily. For specific infection control needs, we offer negative pressure and HEPA filtration as optional add–ons.
