A:  It mainly serves townships, villages, elderly care facilities, construction sites, and urban underserved areas, operating on a "regular outreach + appointment-based" model. Staffed with general practitioners, nurses, and public health personnel, it provides common disease diagnosis and treatment, chronic disease follow-up, health record creation, and medication guidance. Acting as an extension of fixed medical sites, it helps solve the problem of limited access to healthcare in remote areas.

A:  Various modules can be selected as needed: a laboratory zone (for rapid tests such as blood count, urine analysis, glucose, lipids), an ECG/ultrasound zone (portable ECG machine, ultrasound unit), a pharmacy zone (common oral and topical medications, with a small refrigerator for insulin and other temperature-sensitive drugs), and a health education zone (display screen, brochure rack). All modules use standardized interfaces for easy future upgrades or replacement.

A:  Yes. The vehicle is equipped with a 4G/5G router and an onboard computer, enabling teleconsultation connections to higherlevel hospitals or regional medical platforms. Using a high-definition camera and display, the physician can transmit patient vital signs, ECG, and ultrasound images to remote specialists in real time. It also supports electronic medical record (EMR) integration – allowing access to historical records and immediate updates of each visit, achieving seamless data exchange.

A:  Water and electricity are supplied via external mains connection + onboard fresh water tank. When parked at a site, the vehicle can draw power from the venue, and the water tank provides enough water for handwashing and cleaning for a full day of outreach. Consumables (e.g., lancets, swabs, reagents) are carried daily and stored in closed cabinets after use. Medical waste (used lancets, swabs, etc.) is collected in dedicated yellow waste bags and sharps boxes, and is handed over to a qualified medical waste disposal company after returning to the base station. The vehicle has a separate hand sink and a wastewater holding tank – no direct discharge occurs.

A:  Three training modules are provided upon delivery:
Vehicle operation training (for drivers and support staff): external power connection, water tank filling/draining, generator operation, HVAC and ventilation system use.
Clinical workflow training (for medical staff): patient movement within the vehicle, operation of equipment (ECG, rapid test devices), and EMR system usage.
Emergency & safety training: troubleshooting onboard equipment, managing accidental medical waste spills, and ensuring patient safety during transit.
Training can be conducted at our facility or the customer's site, accompanied by illustrated operation manuals.
