Through a dedicated network, it quickly establishes video, audio, and data channels with the command center, enabling visualized command. It is used for on-site command, image acquisition, processing, and transmission, providing commanding officers with intuitive on-site images and related information, thereby achieving on-site command for various types of incidents.

1. Communication networking – The vehicle is equipped with a dedicated data link system, supporting real-time voice, video, and data exchange with the command center. Typical range: up to 10-15 km in open terrain.

2. All-weather monitoring – A high-definition, low-light PTZ camera (mounted on a pneumatically extendable mast) provides 360° continuous rotation, tilt range -20° to +60°, and thermal imaging option for night operations.

3. On-site recording – A vehicle-mounted hard disk recorder (with 1 TB storage, loop recording) captures all camera feeds. Data can be exported via USB port or external drive. Recordings are time-stamped and GPS-tagged for post-incident analysis.

4. Self-sufficient operation – The vehicle carries an auxiliary power unit (APU) with 5 kW output, fuel capacity for 12+ hours of continuous operation, and an HVAC system for crew comfort in extreme temperatures.
