The CLZNY8-A Series Mobile Waste Compactor is a sanitation waste compression unit developed by our company in response to the needs of domestic waste collection and transfer operations. Using mature compaction technology and production processes, it is applied to domestic waste gathering and transfer in urban streets, commercial zones, residential factories, schools, hospitals, and similar service areas.
The unit is intended for feeding methods that use handcarts or small motorized collection vehicles of 1.5 tons or below, provided the feeding vehicle width does not exceed 1.8 meters.

1.The front door uses a one-piece high-strength Q345 steel plate for a clean and simple appearance. Rotating hinges, handles, and locking tongues are finished with galvanized anti-corrosion treatment for better durability.
2.To improve service life, all rotating pins are quenched, tempered, and galvanized. The lug plates are fixed with bolts and lug arc plates, helping prevent the bolts from bearing direct shear force.
3.The loading mechanism cylinder includes bidirectional cushioning to lower operating noise, while the compression cylinder uses cushioning to soften the impact during compression reversal and make operation smoother. Protective measures are also applied to all cylinder grease nipples to reduce the risk of shearing during use.
4.The hydraulic circuit for the discharge door lock includes a hydraulic locking function, and the quick coupling is designed with pressure relief capability.
5.The discharge door uses double-lip sealing gaskets for a two-layer sealing effect that helps prevent leakage. The slot-type installation also makes later maintenance and gasket replacement more convenient.
