The 8m³ Mobile Waste Compactor Station is an integrated waste handling unit for collecting, compacting, and temporarily storing municipal solid waste. It is suitable for communities, commercial centers, markets, industrial parks, and transfer points that need a flexible waste management solution.

The 8m³ chamber works with a hydraulic compaction system to increase waste density and reduce total waste volume, which helps cut transfer frequency and operating cost. The sealed structure also helps control scattered waste, odors, and leachate leakage during operation.

1.The pressing head is manufactured from high-strength HG70 material.
2.The discharge door uses high-strength Q345 steel plates and sections. An internal waste winch device helps the refuse fill the container body fully during compaction.
3.The loading mechanism adopts a multi-link linkage design. The hopper uses a corrugated structure without external or bottom stiffeners, giving it a neat appearance, and a buffer device is installed at the bottom of the tipping hopper.
4.The tipping hopper volume is over 3.5m³, allowing small collection vehicles to unload in one operation. The linkage includes multi-directional adjustment and an adjustment stop plate, helping prevent mechanism imbalance caused by loosened bolts.
5.The locking mechanism uses oil-cylinder large-bore chamber loading with multi-link driven locking. Both the locking support and linkage can be adjusted to extend the service life of the discharge door sealing gasket, and the pins and linkages are quenched, tempered, and galvanized for durability.
